Snitterfield – Heath End

Course/Poaching – 26.02.16 – 170

Report of 4X4 vehicle, dogs and males in crop field

 

 

Blackhill - Mercedes Garage

Vehicle crime - 15/16 02.16 – 076

Theft of a rear bumper from a silver Mercedes, which also caused damage to parking sensors and rear spoiler light. No attempt to enter vehicle.

 

 

Wellesbourne Area

Wellesbourne – Dovehouse Drive

Theft – 22/23 02.16 – 048

A large quantity of road signs – at work signs and arrows etc as well as red plastic barriers stolen.

 

Fosse Way – Morton Morrell

Theft - 1700 hrs 20102 and 0900 hrs 21.02 .16 -101

Theft of a double horse trailer, value £1000, secured with a metal chain, which was cut. Also contained a tack box with details of informant and riders.

 

Wellesbourne – Chapel Street

Vehicle crime – 15.02.16 – 249

Large part of exhaust system, including catalytic converter removed from Mercedes van. Informant unsure of exact date of theft.

 

Kineton Area – St Peter’s Road

Criminal damage – 23.02.16 – 065

Damage cause to doorframe of property, attempted burglary but no items stolen.

 

Kineton – Park Piece

Theft - 19.02.16 – 455

Rear number plates stolen from Skoda Octavia

 

 

Wellesbourne/Kineton Community Forum

The Wellesbourne/Kineton Community Forum meets 3/4 times a year in venues across the area, which covers the wards of Kineton, Snitterfield, Wellesbourne East, and Wellesbourne West. Amanda Wilson-Patterson supports this forum on behalf of the Stratford Area Team.

 

An informal drop-in surgery is always held for the half hour before the forum where you can speak to officers from our Safer Neighbourhood Team, Councillors and Officers from Warwickshire County and Stratford-on-Avon District Councils to raise specific concerns or problems.

 

The next meeting of the Wellesbourne/Kineton Community Forum is planned at the above date and time. Police from the Wellesbourne Safer Neighbourhood Team attend the event and offer a surgery before the meeting and then give a presentation on local policing.

PCSO Lisa McGaffin has been seconded to the Stratford Town SNT for the next few months to widen her experience. In the interim period, PCSO Sarah Bailey, from the Stratford Town SNT, will work with the Wellesbourne SNT.
