@NAT - Illegal Metal Detecting


Two Offenders Caught Illegal Metal Detecting

On Sunday 29th April, two males were found to be on private land, in North Warwickshire, without permission, in possession of metal detecting equipment without authority.
They were interviewed for the offence of going equipped to steal and in agreement with the landowner a community resolution order was served.
Nighthawking (illegal metal detecting) is a crime and will be dealt with accordingly by the Police.

WCC’s Locality Teams are moving to a new system of communicating with individuals and groups in response to new data protection regulations. We will now use WCC’s  “Keep me Posted” system to send out information about local news and events.

What can you expect to receive from us?
ü  Information about local grant opportunities (i.e. Councillors’ Grant Fund, Community Computers Scheme, etc.)
ü  Holiday Activities Lists
ü  Information about New Initiatives & Projects
ü  Community Engagement (i.e. Community Forums, Drop Ins, etc.)
ü  Updates from the Voluntary & Community Sector
