We have received a number of calls regarding people being flagged down by a male asking for money for fuel or stating that he has his pregnant wife in the car and needs fuel. If you come across a similar situation please stay in your vehicle and keep it secure, including your window up.  Do not get out of your vehicle or offer money, advise the person that if they need help to call the police. Please also report to us where this has happened with as much detail of the vehicle and person(s) as possible, ensuring your safety at all times.
