Local
authorities up and down the country are facing extreme financial
challenges over the next four years and Warwickshire County Council is
not exempt.
Reductions in Government grants, inflation and demographic pressures
mean we must identify savings amounting to around £92 million by 2018.
This is against a backdrop of having reduced our spending by almost
£70million over the past three years.
So we want to open up a conversation with the people of Warwickshire.
