@SD - Burglaries Happen - Please take sensible precautions

Please be aware of Incident 109 of 09/01/14

At just after 11.30 on 09/01/14 a burglary took place at Preston on Stour.  Witness reported that their purse was stolen from inside the kitchen.  Entry was made via an insecure rear door while the owner had popped out.

Theft of heating oil from home in Banbury Road, Kineton INC 155 of 23 December

Please be aware that at some point before 1pm on 23 December, offenders stole approximately half a tank of heating oil from a cottage home in Banbury Road, Kineton.

Please remain alert and actively on the lookout for suspicious persons, vehicles or activity around your own or neighbouring homes and please report anything unusual, or of concern, to Police on 101.  Thankyou.

Number plates stolen from a Peugeot in Mill lane, Kineton - believed may have been used to obtain petrol locally - Incident no 338/29-12-2013 

Incident 240/12-01-2014 relates to a Carrera Kracken mountain bike stolen from a garden shed in Combrook sometime between 2000hrs on the 9/1 and 1100hrs on the 12/1.
