Please be aware of the following incidents, which have occurred at farms and rural premises, across Warwickshire over recent days:

Incident 107 of 31 October - Middleton, Tamworth

Between 6 and 8am on 31 October, offenders broke into the house at a Children's Farm in Middleton by smashing open the rear door.  Once inside, the offenders carried out a search before making off with a safe containing cash.

Incident 278 of 2 November - Arley, Coventry

At around 4pm on 2 November, offenders stole a quantity of copper from the external compound of a colliery premises in Arley, Coventry.  Substantial damage was caused to transformers on site.

Incident 292 of 31 October - Corley, Coventry

At around 4pm on 31 October, the resident of a rural home in Wall Hill Road, Corley witnessed three youths attempting to break in to a barn at the premises.  The offenders got into a car, partial reg SH04 JN*, which was parked outside a nearby field gate and headed off towards Coventry.

Incident 136 of 1 November - Corley, Coventry

Between 10.15 and 10.30pm on 31 October, offenders entered a rural business premises in The Common, Corley, through a public footpath, towards the main gate.

Once on site, the offenders broke into 2 containers and carried out a search.  The offenders made off with a digger and trailer from the yard.

Incident 58 of 2 November - Priors Hardwick

During the night of 31 October into 1 November, offenders broke into 2 large grain stores at a rural business premises in Welsh Road, Priors Hardwick. They then broke into an office and a padlocked room before smashing another door into a control room and lifting up a roller shutter door.

Incident 78 of 2 November - Mappleborough Green, Studley

During the night of 1 into 2 November, offenders broke into a storage container at nurseries premises in Mappleborough Green.  Once inside, the offenders carried out a search before making off with a red and white Honda transformer.

Please remain alert, on the lookout for suspicious persons, vehicles or activity on or around your land and buildings or in your local area and please report anything unusual, or of concern, to Police on 101.
