@SOU - Warning for horse owners

Incident 280 - 25/10/2015 refers to a suspicious incident where a member of a livery yard saw a vehicle at the end of a farm drive. Two elderly females were near the vehicle trying to call a black and white cob horse over to them. When questioned what they were doing they stated that they were looking at the horse. 
 
Incident 253 - 24/10/2015 refers to a similar incident where two elderly females were seen tying a bow to a fence post. A black and white cob was found to have its mane plaited.
 
It is not known what vehicle the two females were in, please could I ask you to be vigilant and report any suspicious incidents.
